For this Assignment you will write a 2–3 page paper about long-term memory and meta-cognition. This assignment covers material you learned in Units 5 and 6.
Part 1: Long-term memory
Part one of your paper should be approximately one page in length and should include at least one reference (there should be a total of at least two references for your entire assignment). The first part of your assignment will involve a discussion of the topic of long-term memory. In this part of the assignment you should provide answers to the following questions:

Discuss the topic of metacognition based on the results of your peers scores on the metacomprehension quiz, which were posted to the Unit 5 Learning Activity. For Part 2 of this Assignment, you to reflect on the scores posted by your classmates. Provide answers to the following questions for Part 2 of your assignment:
Describe metacognition and distinguish between metamemory and metacomprehension.
Based on your peers scores, do you feel undergraduate students have good metacomprehension skills? How do your findings from the metacomprehension quiz compare with research on this topic in cognitive psychology?
Based on the feedback you received from the metacomprehension quiz, as well as information from the unit’s reading, explain how one might improve their metacomprehension skills.
